jobs with 'macos-14-large' fails

all the jobs for 'macos-14-large' fails with the message 'This job failed'
Refer the job here
I have seen this 'This job failed' message when a particular older OS-image is withdrawn and no longer available on githib.
Does that mean that 'macos-14-large' is not a valid label ?
I have used the YAML label 'macos-14-large' as defined here

It's quite possible that I'm missing something and this is not a bug.
Let me know if this should be reported as a bug.
