Ability to see unprintable characters

In other hex editors, I can use a configuration that makes unprintable characters be rendered, like this:

That's extremely useful for me.

I haven't found a way to do the same in ImHex.

This can be done by creating a custom encoding table that can be used instead of the default ASCII.
