[Container building] Using multi-stage build to build the container

Hello. I'm quite new here. I saw that the current container was built with an external temporary container running to fetch all dependencies. I would like to know whether we could use multi-stage build in the container/Containerfile directly.

To be honest, the container code was contributed by @yloose. I am not quite sure how to implement that. :) @KirillBelovTest and me @JerryI do not have enough expertise in docker images.

The reason why we needed another container is the this was the only way how Wolfram Engine is distributed across linux runners (no other way is available for some reason from WRI).

But feel free to try out. Or may be some other members could help in this regard
