Default expire time when ExpirationIntervalMax is set

Would it be possible to set a different default expire time when using "ExpirationIntervalMax"?

Example when "ExpirationIntervalMax" is set to 60min then expiration time is 60min when user request privileges.
I would like to set default expire time to 20min but user could set it to max. 60min.

@tneuvonen That is not possible at the moment. The funny thing is that I was thinking about this just a few days ago. So I think this is something we should include in 2.4 or so.
