AMD's LAPACK library

In the Netlib LAPACK FAQ section, a list of vendor tuned LAPACK libraries are provided https://www.netlib.org/lapack/faq.html#_what_and_where_are_the_lapack_vendors_implementations. For AMD, the old deprecated ACML library is mentioned.

Can the page maintainers change it to point to AMD's optimized library, AOCL-LAPACK? https://www.amd.com/en/developer/aocl/dense.html#lapack

Yes, I'll ask the netlib folks to do this. I'll follow up when done.

📝 note/comment: We might want to move this LAPACK FAQ from netlib to GitHub. That would help for maintenance for example.
