Allow running TestSuite tests from CLI #1986
Description
The openc3.sh cli currently can spawn and run a script but not a TestSuite. We need an option to specify a Suite, Group, and Script name. If Script name is missing it means run the entire group. If Group and Script are missing it means run the entire Suite.
