@rkMsf, the intent of your updates is great, but there are several problems I corrected:

• Subsections not allowed in parameter descriptions (or most other areas except NOTES, INPUTS, and OUTPUTS).
• Table formatting not allowed in parameter descriptions (or anywhere).
• Code blocks not allowed in parameter descriptions (or anywhere except in EXAMPLES).

Keep in mind that cmdlet reference articles are published on the web but are also converted to XML, checked in to product code, used for help at the command line (Get-Help <CmdletName>). Therefore, the schema is very strict.
