Automatically Updates Files To Reflect Whatever Was Done In "X Changed Files" Window #259450

Description
Type: Bug
The feature to delete the changed files (i.e. remove them from the CoPilot window) now traps all updated files there (no able to remove them to prevent them from being overwritten when Copilot starts bugging-out). I closed Copiliot due to the high level of hallucinations 24 hours ago and when I just enabled Copilot the changes in the files that were stored in the "files changed" window overwrote the changes I made.
There have been several bugs lately and instability.
