Sonoff ZBDongle-E doesn't see any ZigBee devices

I use ZigBee2MQTT addition for HomeAssistant with ZBDongle-E as a router. I configure the device as suggested, but I can't see any nearby ZibBee devices in ZigBee2MQTT frontend. My ZigBee devices are:

1. Aqara SJCGQ11LM
2. Moes ZSS-S01-GWM-C-MS

Both of them officialy supported by ZigBee2MQTT so I guess there is no problem with them.
I attached a log from Z2M start and config yaml-file.

Update: ZBDongle-E doesn't see any ZigBee devices in Zigbee2MQTT extension only. When I switch to ZHA it works well and found all my devices. So the issue is not in the hardware,

As router or as coordinator ?
