Extension JS file changed to JSINVALID for ZSVIOT PN6 Device

Dear,
I am quite new in this domain, but I try to create an extension file for my new device ZSVIOT PN6. It is supposed to be supported when looking at Zigbee2MQTT documentation https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/PN6.html but I receive the status unsupported.
To create my extension file I used the code proposed by dberenguer in discussion #26487 , but it doesn't work. The name of my file is changed from .js to .jsinvalid.
Does someone have any idea ?

May be you need to add your device id to fingerprint like this?
