Someone wanted this a while back.
I managed to make it work okay, although I'm still missing a few alarms, such as loss_of_flow_alarm and options. This can be expanded later.
save it in zigbee2mqtt/external_converters/zbn-dj63.js
only tested with Z2M 2.4.0
