Ability to translate lines from pipepipe into another language

Can you add the ability to translate strings from pipepipe into another language using third-party text translation services? For example, with weblate.org

There are English lines without translation for different languages, for example, for Russian, I would like to be able to correct this, for everyone.

This will make it easier to translate, especially for non-technical users. Also this will reduce amount of PRs and makes less burden for developers.

There are exists a few translation services:

• https://hosted.weblate.org/ from creator of the Weblate online platform that itself is FOSS. It has pre-moderation for FOSS projects. It will periodically send translations as a PR on the GitHub. It has an automatic translation to help translators (they anyway must review it), but it's LibreTranslate that works badly.
• https://toolate.othing.xyz/ based on Weblate, no pre-moderation, can send a PR, has an automatic translation from Baidu that gives good results. It's supported by F-Droid translators and hosted in Singapore.
• https://translate.codeberg.org/ also based on Weblate, doesn't have a pre-moderation which is a plus. It can't send a PR on GitHub because they are competitors.
• Crowdin.com, Transifex.org - aren't completely FOSS themselves but they have a free plan for FOSS projects.
• Lokalize.com, PoEditor.com maybe some other may be also good but less often used.

I would recommend the Hosted Weblate because on the site a lot of volunteers or the Toolate simply because it has auto-translation services which helps a lot and translators just need to check or reword the AI result.

I noticed that @Coool created the translation project on the Toolate https://toolate.othing.xyz/projects/PipePipe/ but for his own fork https://github.com/Coool/PipePipe.
Currently there can be translated only two files for metadata short_description.txt and full_description.txt for F-Droid and PlayStore. But it would be easy to add the app strings. Anyway you may see how it looks and if you wish you can create own project.

Once a day the Weblate will collect all translations into one commit and send in a PR. You may merge the PR once before a release, or even pull the changes manually from the git.

If you wish I can create the translation project for you or ask @Coool to finish the setup.
