Due to the non Gaussian diffusion at high b-values, DTI is often restricted to bval=2000/2500.This is implemented in this release to fix the diffusivity estimated in the CSF and to reduce the noise, at the cost of less distinction between whitin white matter tissues.

Using MSMT-CSD peaks with Microstructure Fingerprinting previously did not work with 'oblique views', this has now been fixed. Consequently, the 'force_axial' parameter has been removed.

Extraction of MSMT-CSD peaks now longer produces the 'fixel' folder as peaks and peak amplitude are now extracted directly from the ODF.
