Etymology of M-words

It turns out that the letter m in the standard words m+, m*, m*/, um*, um/mod, fm/mod, sm/rem, means "mixed".

This is because these words mix single-cell and double-cell integer numbers. Forth-2012 / A.3.2.2.1 informally calls them "mixed precision" operators.
