Ignore tags that have already been selected

When I add tags to a new trail that I am uploading, there are helpful suggestions for tags that I've already used on other trails. However, the suggestions include tags that I've already selected for this particular trail. I suggest that the suggested tags should not include tags that have already been selected.

Here's an example, I've selected "forests" "wildflowers" and "views" for this trail, and the next tag I'm going to use is "wildlife" so I've started typing wi. I've used all these tags before, so "wildlife" is a suggested tag, but so is "wildflowers" even though I've already got that tag.

I would prefer if "wildflowers" was not a suggestion in this case.
