WholeSystemOperationAsync returns only the first Entry in a Bundle response

I have a system operation that returns a Bundle with at least 2 Entry resources.

It seems that calling WholeSystemOperationAsync only includes the first entry from the bundle response.
Is this a bug?

Can you try calling the service with Postman and see if you get a different response?

Are the self links of the bundles the same?

There are no self-links. This custom operation returns a transaction-response bundle that is created in code, with 2 resource entries in it.

I’m out of guesses then. Is the Parameters resource for calling the operation identical to the one in Postman?

If have no clue what could be different. Best would be if you could debug into the SDK method in the FHIRClient and see what’s going on
