Force reload tab is dashboard

Hi Everyone
Created a simple dashboard with tabs. Each tab is using iframe to load external HTML file.
Works great with one small issue. If the external file is changed, the corresponding tab does not refresh when it's selected. Only way is to refresh the whole dashboard.
Is there a way to force tabs to refresh/reload content when the are being selected/activated?

There isn't. But it's a good idea.
