Steps to reproduce
Create any el-table with a slot for an empty element that contains either a large amount of text or any element above 60px in height.
What is Expected?
The table empty slot will grow to accommodate the new content so that it is all visible
What is actually happening?
The content is being centered in the space and cut off on the top and bottom
