Show subreddit name on the header in comment view.

In the comment view, the header shows the sorting mode currently (Best, Top, etc.). This is not very useful info, since most people just use the default sorting anyway.
One thing that would be useful is to show the subreddit name instead. For example, when someone is many comments deep, and forgot what subreddit they are reading in, a short swipe reveal the header to see it.
It could even be made like the main feed page, with one line showing the subreddit name and a smaller text below being the sorting mode.
