If your content folder with existing file is not scanned, check permissions of parent directory

I don't need help, I just want any newcomers to try this first.

I just spent like half a day because parent directory didn't have read access.

Also it probably would be cool to somehow detect this and log this, but I'm not sure it is easy. It is sad to see "Found 0 new files." and no errors when there is a thousand files in content directory.
