why does this not work on chrome OS v134 or higher?

I'm not much of a coding guy myself, but why doesn't it work on chrome OS 134. I have been looking for proxies that I don't have to by from my friends for 20 bucks and I thought this one would finally work but apparently my Chromebook is to high tech for this :(

for me it works (v139) in the new school year but it works even better, it literally uninstalled Cisco umbrella for me, what a dream come true.

yeah I had to reboot it idk if it's fine for them but the admin sys automatically repaired my hapara so the extension works again for me I just don't know about them

v140 added the printing preview back but I've been experiencing lag with extprinter, Ive managed to uninstall my extensions before somehow using ExtPrint3r, it was a fluke but I maxed out my iFrames and I don't even have extensions unblocked so I just spammed Ctrl + tab after killing. This also caused my teachers' classes to be deleted because I corrupted the file, so be careful. If this does happen to you, just factory reset your device.
