azd metadata usageName support for other services

Can the usageName metadata in azd's @metadata({ azd: { type: 'location' } }) support other Azure services like PostgreSQL Flexible Server or Container Apps for quota-aware region filtering?

Currently, this metadata appears to work only for Cognitive Services/OpenAI deployments .

Attempts to use similar syntax for other services (e.g., PostgreSQL, Microsoft.App) do not produce any filtering or warnings.
