Bicep resource creator UI prototype

Just wanted to share a small prototype I build recently, and see if there's any community interest in a tool like this existing!

Awesome @anthony-c-martin! I think this can be very useful for organisations that use (or want to use) self-service portals to let teams deploy and configure Azure resources. The teams use the frontend to configure their resource, and the backend side handles deploy, configuration and saves the infrastructure-as-code in some kind of database (or repo).

What would be spectacular is if we could recognize more type information about the kubeEnvironmentId property, so that we could load up a "resource picker" of sorts. Gettings these resource IDs right is always more complicated than it should be :(
