Fastest upstream not used the most ?

Hello,

Just a question. I've 2 adguard home setup, on 2 differents vps, multiple upstream each, and setup to do parralel requests. I noticed that on both of them, the fastest upstream is not the mostly used, far from it. In both case, this server is working without any problem, so it's not like it's fast when up, but never up, so it's never used.

Have you noticed the same behavior sometime ? And why could cause this ? Thx :)
